Already using CrewLoyal? The fastest way to get help is through the app's built-in support system:
- Open the CrewLoyal app
- Go to Profile → Help & Support
- Submit a support request and track its status in real-time
In-app support requests are handled by our admin team and you'll receive push notifications when there's a reply.
What to Include in Your Message
To help us assist you faster, please include the following when contacting us:
- Your PRN (if registered)
- Your email address associated with your account
- A clear description of the issue or question
- Screenshots if applicable
- Your device type (Android / iOS) and app version
Response Time
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours. In-app support requests are typically handled faster as they go directly to the admin team.
Important: CrewLoyal will never ask for your password via email. If you receive a suspicious email claiming to be from CrewLoyal, do not respond and report it to us immediately.
