Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading the app, or using any part of the CrewLoyal service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Core Rules Strictly Enforced
- One user per account. Sharing your account with anyone is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.
- Service delivery. We try our best to provide crew lines and data on time, but many factors are beyond our control. We may fail to deliver data on time, or in some months, at all. No guarantees are made.
- Refund policy. If you purchase a subscription, you may request a full refund within the first 14 days of payment if you are unsatisfied. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued.
- Rule changes. These terms, rules, and policies may change at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- Accurate information. You must provide truthful and accurate information during registration and at all times. Providing false information is grounds for account termination.
- Account responsibility. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and do not share them.
Prohibited Conduct Zero Tolerance
The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of any user.
- Sending or sharing sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene content.
- Hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting race, gender, religion, nationality, or orientation.
- Sharing personal information of other users without their explicit consent (doxxing).
- Spamming, flooding, or sending unsolicited messages to users.
- Impersonating another person, crew member, or admin.
- Attempting to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the app or its systems.
- Sharing crew data, rosters, or internal company information outside the platform.
- Using the platform for commercial advertising, promotion, or solicitation without authorization.
- Circumventing bans, suspensions, or restrictions by creating new accounts.
- Sharing subscription codes, accounts, or credentials with unauthorized users.
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Violations are taken very seriously. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy. Depending on the severity, your account may be suspended or permanently banned without warning and without refund.
Messaging & Content Rules Monitored
All messages and content shared within CrewLoyal are subject to the following rules:
- Messages must be respectful and professional at all times.
- Do not send threatening, abusive, or offensive messages.
- Do not share confidential airline operational data outside authorized contexts.
- Do not use messaging for any illegal purpose or to coordinate prohibited activities.
- File sharing must comply with all applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Report any inappropriate content or behavior using the in-app reporting tools.
All messages and shared content may be reviewed by administrators at any time for safety, compliance, and moderation purposes. By using the messaging features, you consent to this monitoring.
Admin Authority Absolute
CrewLoyal administrators have total authority over the platform, including but not limited to:
- Viewing, moderating, or deleting any content (messages, files, images, posts).
- Accessing any user profile, activity log, or account data.
- Suspending, banning, or terminating any user account at any time.
- Modifying user roles, permissions, and subscription status.
- Sending announcements, broadcasts, and notifications to any or all users.
- Enabling or disabling features, sections, or functionality at any time.
- Investigating reports and taking action without obligation to explain decisions.
Admin decisions are final. CrewLoyal reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary to maintain the safety, integrity, and proper operation of the platform.
Data & Content Ownership
- Content you create (messages, posts, files) remains yours, but by posting it you grant CrewLoyal a license to store, display, and process it as needed to operate the service.
- CrewLoyal may remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed harmful.
- Deleted content may be retained in backups or logs for a reasonable period for security and legal purposes.
Subscriptions & Payments
- Certain features require an active subscription.
- Subscription codes are single-use and non-transferable unless specified.
- Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if unsatisfied.
- CrewLoyal reserves the right to change pricing, subscription tiers, and features at any time.
- Abusing the subscription system (e.g., sharing codes, creating multiple accounts) will result in termination.
Limitation of Liability
CrewLoyal is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or inaccurate information. Use the service at your own risk.
Line Data Availability
We make every reasonable effort to provide line and roster data in a timely manner. However, the availability and timeliness of this data depend on external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to airline system updates, data source availability, and third-party service reliability.
Service Continuity & Refund Policy
CrewLoyal is committed to providing continuous service, support, and assistance to all users for as long as our platform remains operational. Our team will continue to deliver updates, improvements, and dedicated customer support to ensure the best possible experience.
In the unlikely event that CrewLoyal services are permanently discontinued due to circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to technical failure, regulatory changes, or cessation of business operations — all active subscriptions will terminate and no refunds will be issued for any remaining subscription period.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Amendments & Modifications
CrewLoyal reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published within the application or on our website. Your continued use of CrewLoyal after any such modifications constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
